As a set of beliefs, and dos and don’ts as well as generalized and specified values, religion is described as the most effective psychological support which is able to give special meaning to the various aspects of life such as work, family and organizational activities and under certain conditions, prevents a person engaging in personal and social malicious behavior by providing explanatory supports (Bahrami, 2010). Religious attitude is defined as an integrated monotheistic belief in which God is the center of all existent affairs and creatures and regulates rules of law in values, moralities, traditions, human behavior and nature as well (Heidari Rafat et al., 2010: 61).
